Antsy Exercise

I’m trying to start the new year out right and have been getting on the treadmill 3-4 days a week. Problem is I can’t go more than 25 minutes without feeling completely antsy. I work out at naptime (so dh can get on in the evening) so I can’t watch the actual tv- at least not until we are able to procure some wireless headphones. I’ve tried watching a movie on Netflix on my iPod but I’ve already knocked it to the floor once when my hands accidentally hit the earphone cord. It always gets in the way! I’ve tried reading a book. I’m at a loss here. 25 minutes isn’t nearly enough (it’s just over a mile at approx 3mph) and while I’m tired I know I can push and do more. Any suggestions?
